General Notes

I do my best to accurately depict prints and paper selections on the site, but due to widely ranging screen, monitor and browser variations responsibility cannot be taken for any discrepancies which may occur between the received product and their online digital representations. If you have any questions or require clarification please reach out here.

Prints

All prints are sent via Sendle, sandwiched between thick card to avoid damaging the print. All orders are printed on demand to ensure quality. We aim to deliver domestic orders within 10-14 business days and international orders within 20-30 business days. 

Custom & Commission Work

All custom and commission work will be agreed upon prior to work commencing and paid in full prior to work commencing. All custom and commission work will be final sale and unfortunately will not be applicable for refund due to the personalised nature of the work. If there is damage with your print in delivery please read through the Replace, Return, Repair policy here.

ALL WORKS ARE UNFRAMED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED!!

All custom prints / commission  Domestic orders deliveries have an aim within 15 business days and international orders within 20 business days.  Additional time may be required for these items as they require additional post production and printing time.

Delivery

Please note that all time estimates listed on this site are approximations only and may be affected by national holidays and rules / regulations associated with local post offices. 

Duties & Taxes 

Delivery costs do not include import duties and/or any local taxes or charges incurred at some destinations. These are payable by the buyer on receipt of goods.
